CXHandler is freely distributable. It is "CardWare" (look under AUTHOR).
CXHandler is free to be spread on public-domain and shareware disks
especially on Fred Fish's AmigaLibDisks, as long as they are sold for
a reasonable charge that is less than US $6 or DM 8.- .
For use in commercial products the permission of the authors is required.
CXHandler may be copied and distributed via electronic networks such
as the Internet, also it may be held available on anonymous ftp-servers,
mail-boxes or BBS's.

REQUIREMENTS
o Any Amiga with Kickstart 2.04 (V37) or higher
HISTORY
- 3.2: bug while writing tooltypes was removed
- 3.3: borders no more overridden by gadgets
- 3.4: check version of catalogfile
- 3.5: new tooltypes CLOSE0..CLOSE9
- 3.6: kill a commo with delete-key and added a requester when killing a commo
- 3.7: new tooltypes HIGHLIGHT and SAVE
- 3.8: added save (also available as TOOLTYPE) to menu
USAGE:
- Cursor to go up and down in the listview-gadget
- SHIFT-Cursor to go up and down in the listview-gadget
- SHIFT-Letter to jump in the list to the next commodity
starting with 'letter' as first char
- Used Keycodes are visible in program
- Double-clicking a commodity shows its interface
- hit ESC if you want CXHandler to disappear
- hit Enter and the selected commodity in the listview will show its
interface
- CXHandler remembers its size when it disappears
- ToolTypes:
1. CX_POPUP (default is YES)
- YES: show interface at startup
- NO: show interface not at startup
2. CX_PRIORITY (default is 0)
- value from -128 to 127 used for the priority at start (when you put
it in the WBStartup-drawer
3. CX_POPKEY (default is CTRL ALT HELP)
- key-combination the force CXHandler to popup
4. HIGHLIGHT (default is NONE) \
- highlight the gadget that will be selected by hitting Enter: |
- possible values are NONE, SHOW, HIDE, ACTIVE, KILL |
5. NOTIFY (default is NO) |
- force all commodities on the workbench-screen to disappear when the |
workbench must be closed (when you change prefs) |
6. HIDETIME (default is 6) |
- only of interest when NOTIFY=YES; this is the time after that the |
disappeared commodities should appear again |You can control these
7. FULLNAME (default is YES) |ToolTypes in the Prefs
- only of interest when NOTIFY=YES; if this switch is turned to yes the |menu of CXHandler.

13. SAVE (default is YES)
- YES: display a requester before killing a commo.
- NO: obvious
- Put it in your WBStartup-Drawer as a replacement for Commodores Exchange
Try it and you will like it.
TESTING
This program was developed on an A4000/040 and was tested on the
following configurations:
o A4000/040, 241 MB & 120 MB IDE HDs, oMniBus-Gfx-System, 2 MB Chip-RAM
and 8 MB Fast-RAM. (OS3.0)
o A500, 52 MB SCSI HD, very old gfx-system, 500kB Chip-RAM
and 2 MB Fast-RAM. (OS2.04)
